A valid invoice is required for warranty claims. The warranty does not cover screen breakage or damage. Modifications to the TV (including cutting wires or opening the TV) will void the warranty. Warranty claims will not be accepted if the TV has been tampered with by unauthorized personnel.
What’s Covered:
The TV will be repaired if any issues arise, but no replacement will be provided.

- Lines or discoloration on the screen
- Color fluctuation
- TV not turning on
