1. Return Period
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your item.
2. Condition of Item
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the exact condition you received it:

Unopened: The original factory seal must be intact.

Original Packaging: The item must be in its original, undamaged box with all accessories and manuals included.

We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or where the software has been activated.
3. How to Start a Return

4. Shipping Costs

We’ve got you covered. For all eligible returns, STAR TRACK will bear the shipping charges. You will not be charged for the return pickup.
5. Refunds & Processing Fees
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Transaction Fees: Please note that for payments made via Credit/Debit card, a non-refundable processing fee of 2.9% to 3.9% + 1 AED (depending on the card issuer) will be deducted from the final refund amount. This fee is charged by the payment gateway and is not retained by Ali Badi Electronics LLC.

Processing Time: Most refunds appear in your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank's policies.
