We currently offer delivery services exclusively within the United Arab Emirates, covering all seven emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah).
2. Shipping Costs

Standard Delivery: We offer Free Shipping on all orders across the UAE. There are no hidden delivery charges or minimum purchase requirements.
3. Order Processing & Handling Time

Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM (GST - Gulf Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

Handling Time: 5–7 business day (Monday – Saturday). Most orders are packed and ready for dispatch within 24 hours of placement.

Note: We do not process orders on Sundays or UAE Public Holidays.
4. Transit Time & Delivery

Deliveries are made via our local courier partners. You will receive a call from the delivery partner once your order is ready for delivery.
5. Delivery Address Changes
We can only change the delivery address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at marketing@startrackworld.com if you need to update your details.
6. Items Not Received
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact our support team within 24 hours so we can investigate with the courier.
